When the double-head material frame is used, two rolls of material can be set on both sides of the expansion and contraction reel. When one roll of material is used, the rotary seat can be rotated through 180° and directly replaced with another roll of material. When another roll of material is used, reload the retractable roll with a new roll.
Therefore, in the entire production line stamping production process, there is no need to wait for the loading process of the roll, which fundamentally improves the production efficiency; on the other hand, since the two rolls are loaded on both sides of the same fixed shaft.
